He is out of a Friesian stallion and a Spotted Draft mare. Luxor is 8 years old and absolutely incredibly trained for nearly any discipline. He is light and supple in the bit and automatically sets his head. He carries himself with incredible elegance and grace and one of the smoothest horses you will ever ride at the walk, trot and canter. He responds on cue and rides off the legs with ease. He is absolutely gorgeous in person and loves to work under saddle. He stands like a gentleman in cross ties, loads with ease in and out like a pro. He was with our World Champion Trainer and she fell in love on the first ride. Luxor has amazing presence, class and you can sit his trot with no issues. He has the motion and fluid movement of a Friesian. She has done a tremendous amount of arena work, he has been shown lightly in open classes and ridden on trails. He is very confident and rides and responds to every cue asked. He is a confident horse and does not shy or spook easily under saddle. He is an absolute love bug and eats up the personal attention. He is turned out with other horses daily and is excellent with the farrier. He is very athletic and would make a fantastic eventing, dressage or performance type horse. He is ready for the show ring and enjoys the trails. We can put you in touch with the trainer who can talk to any prospective buyer as to his specific talents.
