Bred by Stal Hendrix, Hendrick’s HX is a son of the acclaimed stallion Bustique out of the very special Concorde daughter Kathja. She competed at the highest level under Emile Hendrix, boasting achievements including fourth place in the 2001 Grand Prix of Rotterdam and fifth place in the 2002 Grand Prix of Vigo. Kathja subsequently became the Dutch champion in the Young Riders division under Kevin van den Nieuwenhuyzen and competed in the European Jumping Championships for Young Riders, Juniors and Children in 2003 and 2004. Hendrick’s HX’s sire Bustique produced the top horse of the 2017 Dutch Sport Horse Sales auction: Goliath, who is excelling in international show jumping under Charles Luyckx.
